Rounding is designed to deepen your meditation experience and enhance integration. It creates deep rest for the whole system so you can release deeper stress and fatigue stored in the body. It is a sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to drop you into profound rest and relaxation. Rounding is a powerful practice that supercharges your meditation to help you become less stressed and experience greater flow. Once you learn how to round you can do it at home as part of your regular meditation routine.
