It’s hard to feel like yourself when you’re holding it all.
It’s easy to drift away from yourself in the pace of life. Things build up. The mind gets busy. The body holds more than it needs to. You keep moving, but it doesn’t always feel like you’re fully present in your day to day life.
This is where Vedic meditation comes in.
A simple, effortless practice that allows your nervous system to settle and your mind to clear, not through effort, but through rest. From there, something begins to shift. You feel more steady, more like yourself. And, life becomes easier.
The best part - this isn’t separate from your life. It moves with you through it. Through all seasons, phases and changes. It’s not something you do once, like a permanent fix. We’re not fixed humans! We change, evolve and grow, so we need a practice and access to a body of wisdom that moves with us as we grow.
I’m Sarah.
I’ve been practicing Vedic meditation for over a decade, and I’ve been teaching for 7 years.
What I share comes from living this wisdom, not just learning it. From being with people in real life, through different seasons, and seeing what actually supports change that lasts.
I’ve seen first hand the impact Vedic wisdom has on people’s lives. This wisdom and these practices are here to help us steady the body and mind, and to tap into something much deeper and richer. Steeping together the principles of traditional midwifery with Vedic wisdom has led to the creation of something pretty magical.
I’m not here to teach you how to be better. I’m here to support you to feel more like yourself, and to move through your life from that place. To help you remember and revive the part of you that is creative, dynamic, and unafraid of life.
To help you breathe, and trust in life again.
